Benefits of getting accredited in the PeopleWise Positive Resilience Profiler

Our Positive Resilience model, backed up by our scientifically validated psychometric, provides a roadmap for building the psychological capabilities, habits and ways of thinking.

Here at peoplewise, we’ve spent over 20 years researching and working with organisations on how to help people thrive, not just survive, in the face of challenge and adversity. Our Positive Resilience model, backed up by our scientifically validated psychometric, the Positive Resilience Profiler (PRP), provides a roadmap for building the psychological capabilities, habits and ways of thinking that provide a strong platform for harnessing pressure to stimulate and drive performance and enable us to thrive and grow, reaching our full potential for happiness and success.

As an accredited PRP practitioner, you will have

  • learned the details of the history and research underpinning the Positive Resilience model
  • developed a deep understanding of the 7 Pillars of Positive Resilience and how they set people up for happiness and success
  • access to a set of tools and best practices to ensure you can support individuals and teams to develop their Positive Resilience effectively
  • become part of a team of practitioners dedicated to using the PRP to build Positive Resilience around the world

Sign up for our webinar on 9th November, where we’ll be discussing the process and the benefits of accreditation to use the PRP psychometric to build Positive Resilience with individuals, teams and organisations. The first 7 people to sign up and attend the webinar will be given free accreditation (subject to terms and conditions – see below). If you have other questions, join our mailing list, use the contact form below or email us at letushelp@peoplewise.co.uk.
