PeopleWise wins competitive bid to deliver award-winning Executive Education

peoplewise wins a competitive bid to deliver award-winning Executive Education to SMEs in Norfolk and Suffolk

peoplewise is delighted to be selected to deliver our award-winning leadership programmes for the In-Career Education and Training (ICET) project following a competitive tender process.

The ICET has been created to help small and medium sized business (SMEs) in the East of England achieve sustainable business growth through access to leading professional development.

The ICET (funded by the University of Suffolk and the European Social Fund) project is committed to giving SMEs access to high calibre training for their current and future leaders and managers.

peoplewise’s evidence-based approach will deliver two ILM accredited level 7 Strategy for Directors programmes starting in January 2022.

The immersive, blended learning programmes will be geared towards fast-tracking the business growth and commercial recovery of SMEs and start-ups in the East of England post-Covid 19.

Directors from SMEs and start-ups will have access to psychometric leadership assessments, ILM accredited executive education, one-to-one and group coaching sessions, and access to a wealth of e-learning and resources.

The ICET projects pro-actively champion diversity including supporting increasing the number and calibre of women in senior leadership positions.
