She is a global specialist in organisational transformation, strategic organisational research, strategic thinking, cultural and gender diversity, psychometric tool design and leadership development.
Belinda is a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, with a PhD in leadership behaviours and workplace well-being, postgraduate degrees in Organisational and Forensic Psychology, and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPS). She is a visiting Lecturer at Hertfordshire University where she specialises in Leadership, Workplace Culture and Optimising organisational performance through people. Her 20+ years industry experience ensures the flexible and responsive delivery of high quality solutions.

Nicola Adcock is a Principal Psychologist and Head of Leadership & Development at peoplewise. With a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology, she is registered with the British Psychological Society and has extensive experience in various industries, including oil and gas, public sector, financial services, not for profit, facilities management and manufacturing sectors.
Her specialist areas of expertise are in the areas of enabling leadership transitions and transforming human behaviour in the workplace, with particular focus on researching and validating the assessment and development of confidence, resilience and drive.

With significant experience across in-house HR and management consultancy roles, Daniel has led the strategic design and delivery of end-to-end strategic and operational talent management initiatives across the globe. His experience spans different industries including Retail, Financial Services, Banking, Mining, Petroleum, Telecommunication and Health Care sectors.
