DISC in action
Challenge
A company had completed a major restructure to support ambitious growth targets. With its leadership team significantly expanding across Europe, the company needed to accelerate knowledge-sharing and collaboration.
Approach
Each leader completed the DISC Discovery Individual Profiler, with one-to-one feedback sessions run by our accredited practitioners to unpack the report. We then facilitated a one-day team off-site, using individual profile reports and an overall team profile report. Follow-up one-to-one sessions then enabled individual leaders to receive coaching to enhance their leadership impact and relationships going forwards.
