Challenge
A FTSE 100 company wanted to bring rigour and objectivity to the assessment and development of its senior leadership talent population. It had identified the need to more robustly differentiate performance from future stretch potential and create a future-proof talent pipeline, able to deliver the strategic intent and address future market challenges.
Solution
We consulted with key stakeholders to identify the critical requirements of the future leadership population. These were mapped to the predictors of future stretch potential and behavioural performance capabilities.
