The role

We are a centre of excellence for the Institute of Leadership and Management and are looking for a L&D Administrator / Coordinator with excellent organisational skills and people focus to support our clients and learners throughout programmes. The person who will thrive in this role will be competent in Excel and PowerPoint and will have a keen eye for both detail and presentations. A conscientious work ethic is critical as is a desire to support a winning team. It is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment, is able to deliver high quality outputs and work to tight deadlines. Learning and development co ordination:

  • Assignment marking
  • Cohort scheduling
  • Tracking of learners
  • Reporting
  • Data file compiling and analysis
  • Document review quality check and proofing

Office and system support and administration:

  • Managing and tracking equipment
  • Software and licences
  • User support
  • RFP support
  • Updating processes and internal files
  • Document review and preparation

Key requirements

Minimum requirements

  • Degree level / Diploma or equivalent in relevant field (i.e. business administration/ HR/ psychology)
  • At least 2 years’ experience in administration, user support and business support
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Desirable requirements:

  • Proficient in using various learning portals, databases and scheduling systems, e.g. MS Teams/ Doodle Mondays.com/ Aptem/ Articulate;
  • Experience in Marketing & Social Media platforms
